Wild Kat: Gulli gives the green light to start production

It’s official. Gulli has given the green light to start production on “Wild Kat.” Season 1 will consist of 26 episodes, each 22 minutes long.

This marks a new collaboration between Watch Next Media and Gulli. The M6 Group channel has approved the production of Wild Kat. This animated series, created by Sylvain Huchet, Jeremy Guiter, and Simon Lecocq, will combine fantasy, adventure, humor, and action while addressing important themes such as identity and self-acceptance.

The story? The lives of Idris and Dimitri, two ordinary teenagers, are turned upside down when Idris’ family welcomes Kat, a Wereling capable of transforming into a cat-girl! Kat has been sent to Paloma by the Ark, the organization that unites all Werelings across the globe. Her mission: stop the Werelings who are using their transformations for malicious purposes. After discovering Kat’s secret, Idris and Dimitri become her teammates. However, Kat still struggles to adapt to the complex human world, while her two improvised sidekicks aren’t exactly cut out for this kind of adventure. The trio’s mission is likely to be more turbulent than expected…
