Pitch : Nina, a teenage girl with a heart condition and the daughter of a supermarket owner, has her worldview shattered when she learns that she has been living with a pig heart valve. Hugo, the son of industrial pig farmers, is in love with Nina. When Nina decides to save the life of Fleur, a sow destined for slaughter, Hugo eagerly joins her. They embark on a wild road trip, pursued by authorities, to save the life of this innocent pig.
